Becca Weinstein earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law in 2024. During law school, she participated in her school’s Disability Rights Law Clinic, where she counseled clients on matters relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Prior to law school Becca taught elementary school special education in both Washington, DC and Miami, FL. She also served as a Guardian ad Litem in Forsyth County, North Carolina. Becca graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Anthropology in 2012.

Becca lives in Durham with her wife, and their dog, Greg. They enjoy cooking and hiking.
