Higher Education Law

We represent post-secondary students and applicants to post-secondary programs on the following issues:

Assisting with identifying as students with disabilities
Obtaining auxiliary aids and services for students with disabilities
Obtaining accessible housing for students with disabilities
Assisting with grade appeals and defending against academic dismissals
Assisting the victims of sexual violence, sexual harassment, or inequitable treatment based on gender
Defending students with disabilities against Title IX violations
Defending discipline and honor code violations
